Ray R. Harris was ordained by El Camino Baptist Church, a Southern Baptist congregation in Sacramento, California, where he served as an intern, youth pastor, and executive pastor.
His years in ministry shaped his deep understanding of the financial and personal challenges pastors face — and inspired his mission to help them thrive both in calling and in life.

Ray R. Harris served as the founding and lead pastor of The Pointe Church, a thriving non-denominational church in Fort Wayne, Indiana.
